Its easy for us to get angry and take our frustrations out on companies that stuff up but how many of us give positive feedback when companies get it right? Well, I would like to. My HP Spectre was playing up so I contacted ELITE. The next day they collected my pc, sent it to the repair centre, fixed the problem, also found an expensive non warranty issue, fixed that too, and the sent it back to me the next day. Have been in the support industry for over 20 years. For me, its rare to see this level of service in a small company. Well done ELITE., truly grateful for your fantastic service.

I have a hard time trusting people with my gear, so believe me when I say these are the guys you want working on your computer. Every time I go in the tech will come out front and talk to you face to face. This is something that I've found to be a luxury when dealing with techs. I originally went in to upgrade my RAM and SSD, not only did they undercut MSY's prices on those items, he even threw in a new power cable when he saw I was still using the American one that came with it. They really go the extra mile which has kept me coming back.

Tim has helped me numerous times with my computer and IT issues. He has been able to "untangle" my numerous problems. He has helped me setup my new DODO ADSL2+ modem and wifi. Tim has been used by us on several occassions for Wifi setup, setup and upgrades to 3 laptops, troubleshooting problems and wifi printer setup. We have found his service and response time significantly above the norm. Tim's customer interface is extremely proffessional yet friendly, he is patient and respectful with his recommenadations and his advice always clearly explained. The staff at elite are approachable, friendly and extremely helpful. They helped my partner buy a new computer and gave us an awesome price and lots of information. They also never pressured us to buy any thing, just simply gave us the information that we needed and let us make the decision. When we broke our old computer they fixed it very easily and efficiently. Also if products are unavailable or out of stock they are able to order them in. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to buy/repair anything remotely related to IT :)
