Have had many garments dry-cleaned here over the past couple of years, including business suits and delicate silk dresses. It was recommended on Vogue forums for being good at delicates and they were right. My garments always come back clean and wrinkle-free.

The cost is very reasonable. The other day it was about $25 for a business suit and shirt. Silk dresses cost a bit more but are worth it. Service is always polite and friendly.

I was in an absolute rush to get some clothes washed whilst I was on holiday. I dropped them at this drycleaners in the CBD.

The customer service was great, the lady at the front desk was charming and even knocked some money off the original price of the cleaning as it was so expensive. However, the clothes came back smelling like they had been hastily dipped in water and then hung to dry. There was little evidence of proper handwashing.

The cost was so expensive, that I'd expect them to be lovingly and carefully cleaned, not hastily processed through.

I could have done a better job washing them in the sink and then drying them with the hair dryer.

I do not mind paying a lot for a good service, but paying a lot for a hasty and lazy service is disappointing!
