Lauren Managed our rental property (Maroochy Shores) for 4 years. The first year her advice, guidance and hard work got us through a renovation and ready for the holiday market.

The next three years of busy holiday bookings were skilfully and diligently managed. Lauren was completely committed to the marketing, guest booking and oversight of cleaning and maintenance.

We live in a world where we are constantly disappointed by organisations- our telco's, our banks and many of our retailers. It was an absolute breath of fresh air to have somebody who paid attention to detail, did what she said she would do and never disappointed.
We are indebted to Lauren and can't recommend her highly enough as a total property marketer and manager.

Our family had an amazing stay at Marroochy Shores, 5 nights was not enough! The home is beautiful and perfectly located with shops and beaches within very close distance. Our family loved our visit to Maroochy Shores and would thoroughly recommend it. The accommodation is stylish and comfortably furnished. The configuration is great for large families (like ours) or groups sharing alike. The Pool and deck were amazing with a lovely outdoor setting that you could enjoy dinner while admiring the sun setting over the canal. Plenty of books, games and netflix to keep the kids occupied. Thank you Lauren for being a wonderful host are all looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the ‘Gumnut’ this past weekend. Our group of 6, bub and pooch where all catered for with the hosts even providing a cot, baby toys as well as dog toys! Lots of thoughtful little touches have gone into this beautiful family home including a stunning outdoor area filled with luscious greenery. The house is situated in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood and we even managed to spot a few kangaroos :). We will certainly re book the Gumnut again.

I would highly recommend staying at Maroochy Shores. Plenty of room for 2 families, fully equipped for children of all ages including 2 separate living rooms. The house was exceptionally clean with all the comforts provided for a completely relaxing holiday. There are beautiful beaches just a short drive away and also plenty of bars and cafes. But if you would rather stay home and dine on the amazing deck overlooking the water, the fantastic BBQ or induction cooktop with quality cookware make this home an entertainers delight!! I will definitely be returning to this amazing home. 10 out of 10!!!!

It was such a pleasure staying at The Queenslander. Quiet, spacious, well laid out and comes with everything you need. Like walking into your own (but more stylish) home. So close to the beach and extremely family friendly.

This was our second stay at The Queenslander and we will keep going back! The house is perfect for a family, extremely well set up with everything we needed and in a great location to explore Noosa. Communication is spot on, friendly and with a good sense of humour, even in these challenging times with lockdowns and border restrictions making things tricky.

Property was clean, well equipped. Communication between Ellecor management and owner was punctual and accommodating and very friendly.

Maroochy Shores was well located for easy car access to major routes and the Sunshine plaza shoping centre.It was a short drive to the CBD and Cotton trees for eateries and walks.
Lauren was excellent in her response to our requests and provided great service.
The place was immaculate and in a quiet back street,area was ideal for morning walk.
