We have been clients of Emma Whiting for at least 10 years, during which time they have provided wonderful service. This has included difficulties in France with car hire, re-booking cancelled flights, assistance following a health issue requiring flight changes and most recently the refund for our cancelled trip to Israel. All potentially stressful and time consuming had we not had EW. During these recent difficult times Kelli has been unfailingly helpful and good natured. We will definitely continue to use EW whenever we are next able to travel.
