In particular Santo recently helped me with some tricky travel arrangements to/from the UK for which I am very grateful. Our latest trip to Broome was at her recommendation - was absolutely great and suited us down to the ground. We required multiple changes mid way through, which she handled with speed and accuracy and great humour!
She listened really carefully to us, organised a great trip with every aspect covered (inc many aspects we hadn't thought of) incredibly quickly, and we had a great trip - spectacularly beautiful, warm, fascinating, fun for the kids and so much much easier than it would have been had we organised it ourselves.

My sisters and I were so happy with the travel plan that Kelli from Emma Whiting put together with Inside Japan. Working together they gave us a wonderful itinerary in Japan filled with amazing cultural experiences (origami, flower arranging, food tours etc), great local guides, wonderful accommodation, rail passes and helpful logistics including a mobile WiFi. Once on the ground in Japan, the Inside Japan team provided an amazing concierge service. They organized other things we requested such as calligraphy lessons and restaurant recommendations . An amazing trip, thanks Kelli and Inside Japan for looking after us so well.

The team here were super supportive in planning my trip to South Africa. Through recommendations by staff I was able to have exciting experiences that I otherwise would not have known about, such as working with cheetahs and other big cats! I very much appreciated their prompt support and work when I was overseas and needed some flight planning assistance. It was very reassuring and helpful and made my time overseas far more enjoyable!

Santo and Emma Whiting Travel did an excellent job in developing a plan for our recent (first time) trip to Japan. We toured Japan on our own by choice, rather than an organised tour, and the itinerary put together through Santo was fantastic. It all went as planned. Santo recommended a walking 'foodie' tour, in Tokyo, at night, and it was fantastic! Five seperate one day tours, from various Japan cities, that were selected for us were amazing as well. Thank you Santo, and EWT, for assisting us greatly in having a most wonderful first time trip to Japan. After the Japan portion of our trip we then flew to Hong Kong for a cruise through Asia to Singapore. That too was well chosen by EWT and we enjoyed it very much.
