Empire Heating and Cooling

Empire operated through the whole process of installing our split systems in a professional yet friendly manner. They were punctual in quoting, answering questions and arriving to install. We were very happy with the service and would recommend them.

Evaporative heating and cooling installed by Empire system works great and the install was done while i was at work.
When i got home the house was cleaner than when i left.

I had a split system installed at my office by Empire Heating and was also surprised to find out they offer all electrical services we ended up getting them to install power points and phone points where we had a shortage.
They also followed up a few days later to make sure we where happy with anything and to see if we had any concerns.

Empire came and serviced our heater they where on time and very polite they worked around our schedule.

The ideas and solutions that was offered was fantastic from other quotes i had they came up with alternatives that think outside the box of what others had come up with.
I was blown away with the result and although they where not the cheapest quote i got a far better result than the cheaper option of another company.

Had the guys out to service my heater they where easy to deal with and would recommend to others.

We had several quotes done for our home as we wanted the best option due to the expense we where about to spend.
Ryan came out to quote and was helpful but more importantly came up with an option that no one else had mentioned to us.
The system works better than we thought it would due to the design of our house and we could not be happier.

Karl came out to do a quote for us, not knowing what we wanted or how to go about things we found the advice he gave very helpful.
The installation team was on time they where very polite many thanks to Ryan and Zane who also cleaned up after they where done and where very helpful on instructing us on how to use the new system.
