I came to Encompass Health Care upon a friend's recommendation and now it is my turn to give the team a huge wrap.

My first visit was with Marcus and I was instantly impressed with not only his knowledge and understanding of my problem but the genuine care and "hands on" approach. Many physios leave you on "machines" and then disappear. Not the case at Encompass. Marcus devotes the entire appointment time physically working with the patient.

I also like the way physio therapy, chiropractic and massage are integrated as part of the overall treatment working on the body as a whole.

All the staff are super friendly and I highly recommend you give Encompass a go, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing treatment; after 18 months of back pain and seeing several other practitioners who did not help, Mario and his team successfully diagnosed and treated my complex lower back injury and provided me with a programme of maintenance exercises. All staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good "hands on" treatment with thorough explanation. Integrated referral to Massage Therapist has helped complement the treatment. Realistic spacing of appointments to monitor progress.

From when you walk in the door to when you leave you feel well cared for in this practice. Front desk very helpful and efficient. I receive both chiropractic and physio care. I feel helped to live my life more fully- without intervention and treatment I reckon I would be sitting in a chair! I feel "heard" each time I meet with a practitioner and therefore feel as if my needs are being met. I have especially benefited from the " at home" exercises I have been given to help with my various aches and pains.

My experience is always extremely positive. The care and service is impeccable. I never feel as though I am priced into care I don't require. The staff are kind,caring and obliging and the medical staff are extremely professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A visit with Marcus for a shoulder injury, ended up a visit for my hip problem I have been experiencing for years! He had picked this up in one session without me even mentioning it! I have been going to doctors with the conclusion that I just had to deal with it...!Marcus has been assisting me with the root of the cause, although not healed yet, it certainly better than its been for many years. Came in for a physio session as I did something to my shoulder, Marcus asked me a bunch of specific questions and identified the problem and would not give up until we found exact problem area. Usually by this time i would have given up but Marcus was adamant to find the right affected area. He treated me for my shoulder and actually by treating that area, give me movement in my shoulder that i had not been able to move for years because i had gotten used to not using my arm that way. since then he has put me on to Stephen, Chiro and corrected a lot of my back problems i now used to have. I now have a check up once every few months and never been happier. OH and also i cant forget to mention about Adrian the most cheerful person i know and a fantastic receptionist.
