I have been going to this hairdresser for the last few years and overall have found them to be Excellent in every way!! Recently I have been disappointed in particular in relation to customer service.
On my last visit I found staff to be disinterested and unfriendly seemed as thou they had something better to do.
It was not a pleasurable experience for me and not to mention had one of the worst haircuts I have had for a long-time and will have to wait for it to grow out. Cost was reasonable however but I wont be going back. :(

Great experience! The staff offered tips for hair styling and keeping. They were pleasant and had 2 girls work on my hair as it was so thick. I would return there again. The price was around $120-150 for a cut and full set of blonde foils on thick, long hair.

One of the staff were a bit grumpy but apart from that everything else was great. Very friendly and not too expensive
