Endota Spa Martin Place -- Deceptive, non-transparent service. Booked a massage with a friend for 1 hour, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were running 10m late. By the time we filled in their form, got showed to the room, undressed and was given the massage and walked out to pay, we were only given a 30m treatment, but was still charged for the full hour. Granted we did turn up late, but at no stage during booking, consultation or the time we paid were we told that we will still be liable for the full amount. We provided some feedback to the spa the day after and the manager (Jody) was extremely condescending said that whilst they try to make up the time, we (as customers) need to take responsibility for turning up late and because we booked for the hour, we were charged for the hour as they needed to wait on us. Again, I was never informed of this at any stage whatsoever. I was not asking for a free massage, simply that I get what I paid for. Quite frankly this place has ripped us off. I was a repeat customer, but after this very poor experience, I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Based on prior online reviews, it appears they have customer service issues dating back over a year, which obviously has not been rectified. Do not go here.

Approximate cost: $130

The therapists just push sales - they don't care about whether it is right for you or not.
I spent most of my time in treatment being lectured about my skin and talked at.
It was an anxious and horrible time, and I was pressured into buying items I didn't want. I was going to return the items when the therapist wasn't around so I could also give feedback on my package, but turns out they don't do returns on unopened goods.
The entire time being talked down to was one of the most horrid and toxic experiences, why would anyone pay for this?

Wonderful spa, the ladies here know what they are doing and talking about. Very relaxing the moment you step out of the elevator... The only thing i could fault about Endota in general is how much they make their therapists push sales. Being a beauty therapist myself i understand most of their pay come from comission but i would never push a sale to the point where a customer feels uncomfortable. Nevertheless, i would recommend Endota and will come back in the near future!

Endota Day Spa is an awesome spa located in the heart of the Sydney CBD. I came here for the first time last night to enjoy a treatment that was bought for me as a gift. The lady I had was fantastic, she made me feel comfortable and knew what she was talking about. The products that were used were divine and I left feeling very content. I will be visiting Endota again on my own accord.
