I put up a request on a facebook buy/swap/sell site seeking help about a major storm water issue left unresolved by Fairmont Homes.
I was contacted personally by Wayne from Enviro Plus Plumbing who then came out at his earliest convenience which also was a Sunday (his own time). He offered great advice and offered common sense solutions.
He also did not force me into anything. He reviewed my drainage plan and told me what i should be telling Fairmont Homes to fix first.
Great bloke and very helpful.
If Fairmont Homes don't do the right thing, I will 100% be giving him a call to come out and apply what he recommended.

Wayne recently helped with a leaking shower breecher (as if I knew what that was! - do now though). As a single mum I had no idea why the plaster wall in the linen press would be damp.
