Right in the heart of Sydney, a great place for after work drinks. I always enjoy going here with the team and the quality of people who come are very impressive. Good place to mingle and network

Been going to Establishment quite frequently which gets really packed out. Salsa scene here is definitely alive and kicking or shall i say dancing. During the week there are other themes such as ladies night (free drink i believe for the ladies) and a great bar to catch up with friends.The atmosphere is predominately suit base or business people. The ambience and the environment overall is pretty cool to catch up and have a quick drink. The meals aren't too bad as well.

A very classy hotel in the middle of Wynyard. The layout is gorgeous, huge chandeliers, looks like a ballroom with a bar in the middle of it. It is packed with suits during happy hour and the service is pretty average, but it's a nice place to go for a drink or two before heading to somewhere cheaper and less decadent

Price is as you would expect. service in the bar is average but the quality of food is great. not the place i would go to if i was just drinking but if i was hungry then it would be in the running

The Establishment is an awesome bar in the city, it is very nicely decked out and you feel like you are having drinks somewhere classy. I have been here for many work lunches, and the food is fairly decent. I have been here for weekend clubbing, which is good also, just a tad expensive for what it is. I enjoy The Establishment the most for after work drinks on a Friday evening, I always bump into people I know and it is very social.

Great pub! Every tuesday free entrance for an amazing salsa night with free lessons from 8-9. Feel like dancing try establishment!!

Very nice place to chill and have a chat with workmates after a long day at work, also a nice place to hang out on the weekend and have a bite to eat and drink as well. music is average. service is average and price wise a bit much.

The Establishment is one of the better clubs I have been to in the city. If you like a bit of everything (i.e. sitting and talking to friends as well as a bit of dancing) this is a great place to go. Entry prices were reasonable, the drinks were cheaper for the city, and the atmosphere was great.

I am a regular at the Establishment Hotel on George St Sydney. The atmosphere and decor of the Hotel is great. It's a perfect place to meet up with friend or meet new friends. The food is good and the staff very friendly. Tuesday nights they hold a membership draw and you can win cash. They often have entertainment on as well. It's a stylish place to have a drink.
