I had a Keratin Treatment done today, the results were absolutely amazing! Considering that prior to having this treatment done, I wasn't so sure that anything could actually help my damaged hair, but I have to say that this salon has worked wonders on my hair today, actually 'a miracle'

Thank you to the entire team for treating me with respect & understanding & giving me hope rather than punishing me about the poor condition of my hair.

The name "Esteem" says it all.... thank you very much, I am more than happy with the outcome, my hair is almost like brand new & I am loving it.

a few weeks ago I experienced the beautiful atmosphere of the Esteem Hair Beauty Spa, the staff are fantastic and very professional. The full body treatment I received was insanely relaxing... And their awesome body scrub (which you cannot purchase... yes I was devastated but that just means I will be back FOR SURE) was INCEDIBLE !!! thanks guys for the lovely experience.

In a word, AMAZING! The salon has a luxurious feel without being pretentious and all staff are friendly and knowledgable.

I had previously had a bad experience at a different hairdresser salon and was a bit nervous going in to get my hair done, my Esteem hairdresser made me feel comfortable straight away and did an absolutely fantastic job, perfect colour and cut with not much input from me, she read my mind! Incredibly happy with the result and will definitely go back and recommend to friends.

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to some pampering at Esteem Hair Beauty Spa, Penrith, having completed our Christmas shopping in record time!

We both had a Full Body Exfoliation, a Vichy Shower and Steam Infusion, a Body Massage and a Spa Facial, and the experience was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and obviously very experienced in what they did. The space was very inviting, clean and surprisingly peaceful, creating a lovely and relaxing feel.

We both walked out feeling a million dollars, and will definitely be returning again soon.

I was greeted at the door with a great smile. The service was fantastic, I was in and out with in half an hour getting a wash and cut, all for a great price along with a nice coffee and awesome staff. Thanks Esteem Hair. The place is new and fresh and you are treated like a star....

Exceptional service, staff and salon decor. The girls are polite and offer coffee or Ipad to use while waiting.

Luxuriously and appropriately decorated, with IPADS at hair stations and MACS at the front desk. Reclining, relaxing chairs at basins. Always clean, great coffee in great coffee cups also with a sweet, a nice thought! Customer centric, very personable and skilled. No need to leave Penrith for a great experience. People might think they are a little expensive but we all know in life you get what you pay for.

I have only been here once, I had a great experience the girls are all lovely and will have a chat with you but I did find them a little expensive so haven't been back.

Esteem is an up market hair and beauty salon which provides service and quality second to none!! The girls are extremely professional and you will walk out feeling a million dollars!! You could travel to the city for those of you who love exceptional service but why would you when we have the BEST right here in Penrith. This salon ROCKS!!!

Had my first ever fat cavitation and lots ove 10cm around my mid area. Also love that they use great product on my hair.

Fantastic. I had my Wedding hair and make up done here, great service, friendly staff. Love that they also use Loreal.

All the ladies are lovely here and know their stuff! I definitely recommend coming down for a visit. I'm loving my new style! :)

They make you feel very welcome. They do hair, aswell as makeup and waxing, they also do massages, great place to go that has it all in the once spot

My first hair cut here was a good experience, was pleased with the style and the service was excellent. My second hair cut was far from satisfactory & ended up going home and shaving my hair off. Unfortunately the young girl cutting my hair was disinterested in cutting my hair & was going back and forth between cutting my hair and talking to other staff and customers. I won't go back as it's not worth paying the extra amount for a 50% chance of getting a half decent hair cut.

Salon is very chic and modern and the staff were great. They fixed my "yellow" blonde. The staff really know what they are doing. The only downside is they are a bit pricey, worth it but i couldnt see myself going back every six weeks at $180.00

This is the best hairdresser in penrith. I have tried quite a few now and these guys give the best service and also are the best priced. I was really happy with my colour and I have had a bit of trouble getting the right colour at other salons so I was really impressed

Girls are always friendly. The girls are very experienced and you never come out of there hating your hair - they do a really good job. It's modern and trendy.
