Had my car in for a diagnostic on the air con to be told they couldn’t do it cause the car needed regassing. I know it didn’t need regassing as my own mechanic had tested the gas the week before, I just needed them to run a diagnostic on the climate control, told me they needed to regassing it first which would cost $400, on top of the $165 I was paying for the diagnostic, then I had to wait 2 weeks tide them to run a diagnostic. Was told it would cost me the regassing again if at the end of the 2 weeks I had no gas in the car. What a rip off!!!!!

I purchased a fiesta from etheridge it is my second car purchased from this dealership i wont go anywhere else. The customer service is outstanding and they go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and are happy. They are not pushy very helpful staff.

We bought our latest Territory here and found the sales staff to be friendly, informative and helpful. They were willing to negotiate and gave us the time to go right through our options. Its location is excellent, right in the middle of Maroondah Hwy where there's roughly 20 other car dealerships. Fantastic location to go if you're looking for a new car.

Have had my Ford serviced at Etheridge since new. Which makes that 11 years. The workshop manager Shane is fantastic, I always feel confident in his ability to oversee the work on my car and ensure the mechanics have done a good job. Frank M has great customer service skills and it adds to my confidence when he is the one checking in my car.

Although I drive a Holden, I have used these guys a couple of times for roadworthy certificates and minor repairs. They are very friendly, helpful and efficient and don't seem to charge as much as the Holden guys in Doncaster.

Very friendly staff, they have won many awards for being a top dealership so I was expecting to great service which they delivered. Very helpful staff in Service and the salesman still want to know you even when they have sold a car. If I ever need to buy another car I will be coming back to this dealership I highly recommend it.

My 4 year old Ford Falcon developed a brake problem, it was late afternoon when I drove into their service department explaining my problem, even though it was close to knock off time the found a mechanic to fix the problem

bought our new car ( ford Territory ) at Etheridge. They made us feel comfortable, listened to what we wanted & came to a better deal than we'd expected. They did try to say the tow bar we wanted we'd have to pay extra for, but when I pointed out that we'd paid fpr the type we wanted on the trade in car & had said we wanted the same in our 1st. discussion & showed them the type on the new car was inferior they agreed to swap at no extra.
