Once again I walked out of this fabulous salon with a smile on my face and felt it really needed a shout out. Led by the sassy and enthusiastic young owner Kelly Gracey, this salon excels in customer service. From the massage chair to the little bowls of yummy chocolate to scoff whilst you flick through the latest mags to the complimentary little bottles of designer perfume in the powder room you are invited to dab on so you go out the door looking and feeling a million bucks - every box is ticked. But its not about the frills. Every time I get a 'do' at Euphoria I get complimented for weeks. The uber friendly and courteous Euphoria staff have the knack of knowing what looks good and I never have to give direction. These guys are edgy, obviously well trained, and know their stuff!! I never get a shock when I go to pay and I always feel great when I leave. One of the best 'feel good' experiences in the mountains. Congratulations guys. Keep up the good work!!

Went as a group to get my hair done for a wedding - a simple half up style with a few GHD curles - was there for no more than 20mins and cost $80! Thought it was very expensive for the end result! Staff were nice though - just thought with 6 people getting their hair done they could have done a better deal!!!
