my daughter learnt to swim here and she loved it, she learnt so much, the swim teachers were wonderful and caring and always tried to make her lesson a enjoyable one

My children are enrolled in the learn to swim classes. We've had good experiences with the learn to swim teachers, though sometimes the administration side of the business leaves a bit to be desired. On a few occasions they've changed our teachers without warning or discussion which isn't ideal for very small children that thrive on routine and feeling safe. Payment for classes is in advance and you get plenty of opportunity to do make up classes if you miss any. Lots of class times available to choose from seven days a week.

I was so upset at the service and the lack of common respect for the client I was crying, I paid for a mutli swim pass for 10 visits and I was going to use it on Saturday but found out they had changed the times to 9-3 Mon to Fri and I work a 12 hour days it was no good to tried to get a refund and was told no try and sell it to someone else but written on the card has non transfurable.
