I had great problems finding a mother of the bride outfit, I live in brisbane and am in a wheelchair. I rang ever elegant and spoke with a lady called Maree, now Maree has got above and beyond what I am sure many staff meme ers would she has found me an outfit, even got me material to match so I could make a pant suit which is what I wanted, if I cold put Maree on a peddlestool I would, Ever Elegant I hope all your staff are like Maree and if there is an award or some sort of thank you for customer service then please can you make sure Maree receives it, again thank you Maree from the bottom of my heart for making me feel elegant and comfortable on my daughters wedding day

I had to reshop for an outfit to wear to my sons upcoming wedding with about 6 weeks to go. This is an unpleasant and sometimes difficult task as I do not buy off the rack due to stature. I braced myself for some serious and extensive shopping and having found Ever Elegant online this was our first stop. Helena and her staff showed exceptional customer service and had at least a dozen items for me to try on, all of which fitted. The choice was narrowed down to 2 -3 items which I could easily have bought any of them and been happy. Having settled on a favourite, Helena stepped in with her experience and talent to alter this to fit me perfectly. The whole shopping experience took about and hour and everyone even made my husband and daughter feel very welcome and at ease.
I picked up my dress in a week, talk about quick turn around.
It now fits exactly how it should, as though it was made for me.
I am extremely happy with the end product and cannot wait to confidently attend my sons wedding in a few weeks without ever thinking twice about how I look.
I cannot recommend Ever Elegant highly enough. For all shapes and sizes and many styles to choose from.

Being a shorter, larger lady, buying anything "off the rack" was an impossible task. I'd tried every shop, becoming more depressed after each one and ending up in tears unable to find anything to wear to my son's wedding. Then I found Ever Elegant online and went one sunday 2 weeks before the wedding. Helena was amazing! She has hundreds of the most beautiful outfits......and she's a dressmaker and alters the outfit for you if needed.
