Very bad service. Ordered some special batteries online after 2 weeks received refund instead of product. Tried buy same batteries directly over counter from their shop at Kensington. Even worse. They asked me to pay first and pick up later. After one week I called and asked were the batteries. They didn't give me clear answer and told me they will call me later. But nobody called back. For two weeks, every day I call them and get same answer "we will call you back". And just ignore me. Finally, batteries arrived to shop. When I came to pick up batteries person at the counter told me that receipt is not enough, and I need to provide my plastic credit card and driver license. I use app in my phone to pay. So, I didn't have my credit card with me. He told that me that he doesn't trust what I have in my phone. So, I have to go home take my plastic card only then I could pick up butteries. Terrible service and nobody even apologised.

These guys have so many different types of batterys for everything. I went here to buy my car battery and it was fitted for me on the stop. Fair prices and friendly staff.

These guys are brilliant, I went there to buy a battery for a phone which I bought off of eBay and they didn't have it. But, they ordered that exact battery into their store and called me when it came in, all for $20, which is about the cost of the battery alone. Recommended, 5/5.
