Mel is one of a kind. I have had several massages from her and I always leave feeling amazing. Her extensive training in Massage, nutrition and fitness allows her to really know the body and what she is talking about. I know that when I see her I will leave feeling so much better but also be in much better shape.

I am an older lady with health issues. Melissa and Tristan are very supportive and guide me through the training. They encourage me when needed and monitor when i am pushing to hard ensuring that I do not hurt myself. With this encouragement it makes me want to keep training.

Best decision I've made in a long time.... Joining up with Tristan and Mel has changed my life for the better!! I'm feeling better about myself, my confidence and self esteem is getting better and I'm loving the feeling of knowing I'm loosing weight, getting stronger and being a good role model for my kids!! I'm reaching my goals and without the dedication of these guys this wouldn't be happening. I needed help and support and that's exactly what they've given me . Melissa and Tristan are awesome trainers! Their support and guidence has kept me motivate and helped me reach my goals. The sessions are family friends and it has helped set a great example for my kids, both my kids get involved and love it! Melissa is an amazing massage therapist, she always finds the kinks and sorts them out!
