I can't believe how they manage my flight booking for my family. After several flight cancellation (with BA) that I noticed by myself on my BA app, I asked for a full refund. They told me yes. 2 days after I received on Expedia app, vouchers for BA. The same company they were unable to book something! that's a nightmare. they are stealing money. I'm considering to sue them as the tickets are expensive.

Very BAD customer service. Bought 2 checked baggages, but due to their website issue, there's only one showing. Contacted customer service many times, they agreed to reimburse the fee for the second baggage, but I have to pay for it again at the airport. After that, I sent through the payment receipt, but no response from Expedia anymore. Tried many times.

Had a really bad experience with Expedia. Will never use the again.

- My Malaysian Airlines flight was moved by 24 hours.
- Got an email saying I would get either a refund or flight credit if I cancelled.
- Called Expedia who confirmed verbally that I would get flight credit.
- Cancelled the flight.

Waited 3 weeks, then when I contacted them they told me the ticket was non-refundable and I would get nothing back.

After many more weeks of back and forth, Expedia has accused me of multiple things such as:

- Not clicking the button to cancel the flight (I absolutely did. They didn't send me a confirmation email but luckily I took screenshots of the confirmation screen that said my cancellation had gone through successfully)
- Their agent telling me the tickets were non-refundable. This is incorrect, their agent explicitly told me I would get flight credits

I still haven't gotten neither flight credits or a refund. Do not ever book flights with this company. If everything goes fine you will not have any issues but if something goes wrong you may come to regret your decision

Expedia system fails multiple time, playing ping pong games with airlines - cant see anything in their system. Asked fore referral number, later asking again itinerary as without it can't find by reference number - WHAT A JOKE. Useless service. Missed connecting flight due to crappy airlines fault, and all flights got cancelled even return ones and no refund!. Avoid this plague service from expedia.

They cancelled my flight, but it took contacting them 6 times and waiting 3 months before I gave up and reversed the charge on my credit card to get my refund. NEVER use Expedia.

EXPEDIA IS A SCAM THEY CANNOT WORK OUT HOW TO REFUND ME MY MONEY FOR A FLIGHT I BOOKED AND PAID FOR BUT ARE ABLE TO WORK OUT HOW TO CHARGE MY ACCOUNT 7 MONTHS AFTER THE ORIGINAL FLIGHTS WERE PAID.. BE AWARE YOU WILL HAVE ONLY ISSUES SING THIS COMPANY.

Don't book through Expedia, they sold me a ticket from Sydney to Rome a sector of which was never confirmed, when I questioned them before leaving they said, just go it will be fine. Now I have no way of getting home as the flight they sold me is full, have to book other flights from Rome to Sydney at a premium price and Expedia despite their fraudulent communication with me are refusing to provide a refund. Unbelievable.

ZERO - I purchased a flight on EXPEDIA and they charged double on my CC - $US480 and charged me $AU1102 ?? what the hell !!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPUTATION.. just google it before booking... you will see !! I had to call the US in order to cancel the booking - terrible experience and I have heard of people having to wait MONTHS for a REFUND with the same issue...

I discovered expedia through womo whilst looking for accommodation for our trip to Melbourne recently. I found they gave us a great price for our accommodation and didn't pay a booking fee. They added the little extras that we wanted at not extra cost. I am constantly receiving emails from them now offering me all sorts of discounts and ideas for our next holiday. The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and everything was done very quickly. I will definitely be using them again.
