WORST. NAIL. SALON. EVER!!!
Just got the most rushed infill and shellack paint job ever. Really thick acrylic, uneven, ugly shape and only 2 coats of a light colour which means it is blotchy and it's all over my cuticles.
These people just don't listen and they kept me waiting for 30 mins. Should have walked out. The guy (owner???) did it and every time I asked him a question he just grunted at me! I asked him to make them thinner, then I asked him if he heard me, another grunt, which obviously meant "get stuffed".

NEVER EVER GOING BACK.

I have given these people 6 chances to get it right, and every single time I am very unhappy. You voice your concern and it is as valued as dirty toilet paper. I tried them again last night and my pedicure was so rough and rushed my nails are STILL long, the nail polish my 4yr old niece could have done a neater job! my full set of acrylic was picked / scraped and flicked off AFTER I had asked 3 times to have them soaked off. I have had 3 of my nail beds torn and bleeding. you can still see the blood through the damn SNS. I also had to argue with them to get my nails shorter like I wanted and was paying for and to get the colour I wanted. these people DO NOT LISTEN AT ALL. I could care less what THEY like or want. I am the paying customer, I will get what I LIKE! not what they like. I will NEVER EVER recommend or spend a single cent in that store again. I hope your poor customer service gets you where you need to be, CLOSED AND NOT OPERATING ANYWHERE ELSE! I am very angry and my nails are SO SORE still today at work its not even funny. the new set is lifting after having a shower and washing my hands a few times. how totally unacceptable! $70 of hard earned money spent on bloody nails and the cleanliness and hygienic routines are almost non existent!

Horrible place I do not recommend to anyone! Had a full set of acrylics done and the staff there couldn't speak any English, kept getting angry at me because staff couldn't understand me. Finally staff told me to go and my nails weren't even dry! Absolute disgrace.

Got my acrylics filled and there were bubbles all through the acrylic. My friend got a leg wax and was extremely disappointed about how they conducted themselves, such as insulting her weight, waxing multiple clients in the same room at once and constantly leaving the door open! She came out to me after it was finished and she was nearly crying from the way she was treated. We will NEVER be going there ever again!
