I have been coming here for a few years now and each time I've come the staff have been fantastic. They always make you feel comfortable and know you on a personal level, which I believe is a great aspect as I feel valued, respected and not treated as just "another customer" Great at doing their job.

I recently went and had my eyebrows waxed at this salon. My usual waxing salon was closed and I decided to try something new and local. To my horror, I walked out looking like I was constantly surprised. She took off way too much, when she was instructed to follow the line and just remove the stray hairs. I found the lady far too intimidating to complain and will never return to or recommend this salon to any of my friends. My eyebrows will probably never be the same and I can't believe I trusted this place which seemed professional. Total waste of time and money - DO NOT get waxing done at this salon.
