Window frames are not included, it is the company's rule. In my opinion the frame and the rails are part of the overall windows and door windows so it should be part of the service provided. Anyhow this was clearly informed in the quotation so we went ahead anyway.
As I am very happy with the job despite the frames weren't included I will call them again in the future.

Work performed was excellent. Sunil did a great job cleaning my rendered two story townhouse, pavements and windows. The render was particularly dirty but now is so clean looking and really adds to the attractiveness of the property. I had a similar cleaning done a couple of years before, but that fails far short of what Sunil accomplished. I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism, demeanour and friendly nature and the quality of the results.

Sunil and his team did a great job cleaning my weatherboard home. They took care in the more delicate areas of paintwork underneath the eaves which I very much appreciated. But while my house may look sparkling the same cannot be said for my garden. I am a passionate gardener whose outside plants mean everything. Many were burnt beyond recognition whilst others were badly scalded by the application of too strong a chemical mix. Take my advice..if you love your garden refuse the chemical wash and just settle for the water.

Sunil & his team come to our house to clean our polycarbonate pergola & carport roofing. They were extremely meticulous in the way they did the job and the end result is amazing! They were very thorough and went to great lengths to eliminate all the unsightly lichen & dirt that had attached itself to both areas. Sunil was very courteous & considerate to our neighbour, taking care to use a tarp to cover a car that could not be moved. They were a very professional team. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Both areas look fabulous.
