I wouldn’t even give them one star.
I returned a product to them in unused condition. They accused me of not only using the product but also switching up the product for something else. Clearly the owner of the company doesn’t know much about their own products! Extremely poor customer service. Have taken further steps to recover the money I wasted on this store.

As I have previously discussed with you Jamie unfortunately the product you returned to me was open, the shrink-wrap was removed and the lid had been tampered with. The open container was returned with water or an extremely diluted version of the product inside. The product you purchased was a 30ml Glycolic Acid for $24.95. AfterPay also refused to refund you based on the email conversations we had that I forwarded to them. The irony of this is, I actually happily refund customers 100% if they are unsatisfied with their purchase...I always have done. Unfortunately you didn't got through the correct channels and for that I am extremely sorry. I'm also very sorry it ended like this. After 6 years in business you are actually the first customer to leave a negative review. I've had thousands of satisfied customers.

Love these products =D The do all sorts of creams and things for your skin. I tried them as my daughter has a fair bit of dry skin and it has really helped...Its fairly priced and if you have them on facebook they do a lot of giveaways and samples offers too. If you have any type of skin troubles id suggest even emailing these guys...Im sure they will be able to help you in some way
