From the beginning EZYAIR were the best out of the 6 companies that I had come out and give me an onsite quote for a Multi Split System to replace my old Multi Split System. Dan who came out to my property to assess what air conditioning system I needed and the job to be undertaken was; on time, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Then not long after Dan left, Leigh who is the head estimator who draws up and sends out the written quotes at EZYAIR phoned me to give me more detail about the system I was looking at purchasing and was able to answer any further questions I had. Leigh then emailed straight away to me a very detailed (6 printed pages) quote that itemised room by room the requirements and supplies needed for the job. From then on Leigh was fantastic in coordinating the actual job. Leigh managed to fit my complex Multi System job in within a couple of days, which was just amazing! Leigh was always available to contact and replied straight away to my emails I sent him.

Then on the day of installation, I had Sam, Brayden and Dylan install the air con system. You couldn’t have asked for better installers to have in your house working all day. They were friendly, polite and calmly got on with the work at hand. Their work was exceptional being done in a very professional manner and to a high standard. With neat finishes on the outdoor pipework with the ends finished with neat capping instead of just leaving rough cut poly pipe and all holes left from the old air con system patched perfectly. They replaced all the old pipework, inside the roof and outside so the system is all new. Their work was very neat, and they vacuumed at the end so there was no debris or mess left behind. Even after a very long day’s work of 10 hours Sam took the time to go through the functions of the remote control and how best to run the air conditioner for maximum performance. All the paperwork, invoicing and compliance certificates were emailed straight away, and Rachel in the Admin Office was very friendly and efficient in replying quickly to my emails. I cannot fault EZYAIR or their staff and their work ethic. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants an air conditioner installed.

Their crew - Luke, Brayden and Jack.G rocked up on time on the installation date and were friendly and pleasant to deal with. We did an initial walkthrough to confirm the installation location, went through a few options and settled on one before they promptly started the installation. Installation was smooth with no issues, their workmanship was good and they were really clean, making sure not to damage or dirty our place while cleaning up after.

Whilst I appreciate that it is incredibly hard to keep all spaces clean when cutting big holes in plaster ceilings, my only minor gripe was that they needed to put down more drop sheets in each room when doing the ceiling cutting, in an effort to reduce dust settling over every surface of the house. I was a little surprised with the number of technicians however they all got on with the job. Excellent teamwork. Would highlight recommend Ezy Air! I recently had a split system installed in my townhouse. It was a challenging installation due to multiple stories in my home, but the team did a great job navigating the body corporate regulations, and the challenging electrical work.

The Ezy Air Team assisted us through the process of replacing our very outdated gas ducted heating system with a new reverse cycle air-conditioning system. Ash & Leigh were an absolute pleasure to deal with when first enquiring about a new system and no question was unanswered. 3 x Split-system heat pumps installed (3.5, 5.0 & 9.0 kW Mitsubishi Electric AS series) to replace old expensive gas central heating in a 1920s double brick home. From first contact to finishing the job, these guys were great - Professional, polite and happy to give additional and detailed information when requested. You know those tradies that need to leave rubbish around to "show" they've been there - Well not these guys. All the brick dust was vacuumed up, NO ELECTRICAL CABLE WASTE left in ceiling (b/c client won't look there!). I was go going to get 3 quotes but couldn't find any competition that clearly and up-front offered an on-site "measure and quote" option - ie, send someone out to see what units would best suit and where they might best be placed and how much the WHOLE process would cost. Plenty of others who will quote on the price of units but the cost to install varies enormously depending on individual installation situations. After receving a quote on two alternative manufacturer based solutions for installing 3 separate units , I calculated the approximate unit costs and subtracted from total quote for installation - Seemed reasonable based on other experiences for installations elsewhere but as mentioned - no actual alternative quotes due to lack of interest from other service providers! Will certainly be recommending to friends. Special thanks to Dan, Chris & Lachie; also Chris L, Adrian and Jack (yes they sent out FIVE installers so that the whole job could be done in a single day).

We had a great experience with Ezyair they responded to our enquiry the same day even though they were closed over the holidays to let us know next steps and when they would be back in the office giving us the opportunity to get all the info they required together. First day back they responded with quotes and a proposed solution and were able to fit us in the next week which was a blessing as being in your third trimester in 38 degrees heat and no aircon isn’t fun. On the day the team were amazing, we’ve had a few big jobs on the house recently and this team was by far the most professional, polite and even cleaned up after themselves to the point that I think they left the place nicer than they found it. They worked hard in boiling hot weather and following discussions on the day adapted the set up and did a more complicated install as it would suit us better. The team we had included Amin, Nelson, Rav, Mike, Brandon, Sam and Chris - thanks for all your hard work I’m recommending you all to my friends for their split system set up.
