From beginning to end, the whole EZYAIR team was fantastic. Ash was very helpful and patient with us despite all our “what about this” and “can we do this.” He was meticulous with the details and quick with responses. And when I mean the whole team, I mean the whole team. We had a house full of EZYAIR, in every room, on the roof and under the house. They did their best to protect our newly installed carpets & timber and nothing was inconvenient for them. Fantastic experience - exceeded expectations! The guys were able to instal two reverse cycle air conditioners in quite difficult locations a whole week ahead of schedule. He responded quickly to the initial inquiry, provided advice and information that matched our requirements and genuinely helped us make a good decision without being pushy. The install crew, Josh and Chris, were fast, efficient, courteous and professional. They got the whole job done much faster than I expected. The team were amazing from start to finish. They provided me with a contactless quote (meaning no one actually came to the house) it required me to provide floor plans and measurements and after a few additional questions and suggestions they promptly sent through a competitive quote. I must admit I was a little sceptical when it came to receiving a quote without someone coming onsite. But as they explained, they had been doing it that way for years (before it was a covid compliant thing).
The installation team were courteous, professional and very accommodating to my inquisitive 3 years old boy! Big shout out to KUSH, KYLE, DYMO IZAK and ALED!!

Ezyair installed reversed cycle heating cooling in our rental unit in Camberwell. From the quoting process right through to the installation, they were amazing and professional. Our tenants were so pleased with them on site as well and were pleased with our they conducted themselves. For a small business, they have amazing people, amazing systems and processes and they provided us with our electrical and plumbing compliance certificates without us even asking for them. I was recommended by my friend. EzyAir were excellent to work with, Ash (their sales person) was always polite and informative. The installation was delayed due to a COVID test but they kept me updated and came the next day as arranged. Four guys showed up on time, Russell was polite and explained everything. I had a new aircond installed on 28/10/19. Leigh from the sales team contacted me to discuss the details and provided great advise as to which was the best aircond according to our needs/circumstance. Leigh was very very helpful,friendly and knowledgable and was always ready to listen to my various questions. The 2 guys who came to do the installation & service (Chris & Josh) were great and efficient. After the work was completed, I had to call Chris to come back to tie up some loose ends, and he did so without hesitation.

These guys provided some of the best service I've ever come across. From the moment I contacted them, Leigh was super helpful and prompt, and explained everything in terms I could understand!

I did get a couple of other quotes, and EzyAir was on par with other companies, but the service was just so much better which made the decision easy. Josh and Russell did a brilliant job with my installation, they were friendly and came up with excellent ways to hide the tubing, even with difficult double brick walls. Josh then patiently took me through how to work everything.
