I ordered complete bathroom accessories, they doubled charged me on the same day and only when I contacted them did they do anything about it - took another week to get the money back. I didnt receive invoice statement until I again contacted them and asked. Three weeks later I then had to ask where my order was - the person said would call back in 5min - hour later still no call. When I phoned the salesman was very rude and ignorant. Absolutely no customer service. I was very upset at this as these accessories were meant to finish my long awaited bathroom
