Face Boutique by Irina is owned and operated by Irina who is an advanced Beauty Therapist and Cosmetic Tattooist /Semi Permanent Makeup Artist. Irina completed many advanced master courses and techniques in Beauty Therapies and Cosmetic Tattooing. Irina is specializing in eyebrow feathering, designer eyeliner and 3D lip technique and she upgrading her knowledge and skills at least once a year.
