I had my ears pierced here and found the staff to be very friendly and calming through the whole process. The facilities are very clean and neat which is exactly want you want from a place that offers piercing services.

Best eyebrow wax & tint I have ever had. So extremely happy with the result.
I have found the lady on reception a little rude and blunt the few times I have been in there.

I visited Faces yesterday for a eyebrow wax and tint and I am really disappointed with the result. Now the wax turned out acceptable (not perfect, but OK), but the tint was WAAAAAAY too dark for my fair skin. She used a very dark brown, which looks is too dark and is a completely different colour/shade to my light brown hair colour. Not to mention that I asked her to make it subtle.

Now I must caveat my comments with the fact that I was recommended this place by a friend, who LOVES them, so maybe I just caught them on a bad day.

The good parts - I didn't have to wait at all. They were running on time. And the girls I met (both the beauty tehapist and the girl at the desk) were very happy and friendly.
