Hi all who are reading this, I wish to tell you that I have been dealing with Fairbairns now for about 3 years and cannot fault them. All the staff are so helpful and personable, Prompt service, excellent service and a good job by all.

Customer service second to none from Fairbairns H & C. Clearly explained quote, installation at pre advised time on time with work carried out in a professional manner.
Cannot more highly recommend.

Ray fom Fairbairns Heating and Cooling came and installed our new Ducted Gas Heating, on the 10 July 2020, he did a great job, was very efficient, he then explained everything we needed to know about using the unit. He was very professional and we are very happy with our new Heating system. Would definately recommend Fairbairns to anyone. Thanks for a job well done.

We have used Fairbairns since they installed our original GDH system in 2006 and the unit has been serviced 2 yearly by them once out of warranty. Only to find this time it was cracked and needed replacing. Disappointing but job done efficiently and installer very helpful. Have recommended to several family and friends. Always get the heating checked it's worth it.

The service guys were absolutely amazing, they did everything without hassle. You know you're dealing with a good company when they've just been working on a rainy day in mud and they take off their shoes without asking before entering the house. They walked me through the functions after the replacement was completed and was very helpful. Excellent work Rick (I think that was the guys name but I forgot after they left oops). Price was 100% worth the service and quality, I would definitely go with these guys again.

We have used Fairbairns over the years they have installed our Evaporated Cooling and Ducted Heating in previous houses, we use them for follow up maintenance on the units. They have have just recently put in a split system for us. They were very professional and efficient as always. There prices are extremely reasonable, they are very prompt with excellent communication followed up with professional installers, They are our "go to" when it comes to all our heating and cooling requirements.
