Fallon: your team is SO professional and understanding.
The reception staff, *Lauren, *Emma, *Brittany and *The young man (I forgot his name) were awesome, making the booking process so easy. I had the pleasure of meeting them all!

Then the 'Sparky' Team...
My case was assessed 'same day' by the 'compassionate and understanding' *Kyle who deemed the case **Urgent** at 4:00pm on a Tuesday afternoon. The ENTIRE electrical panel was replaced with the team arriving at 7:00am the following morning. I've 'never known' of a company, to turn around that tight and deliver such impeccable service. It was a large, complicated job, that was completed to a standard 'beyond' expectation. How he got the parts ordered within that time-frame, I still don't know. He's a magician! He's even coming back tomorrow to make sure I'm happy with everything.

Then the installation team...My God! In no particular order...

*Dave - Amazing techy, friendly, polite, personable, total pro! It turned out to be a larger job than initially expected, but Dave had the solutions. Nothing was beyond him. He had it SORTED! GREAT guy to deal with. Gold Stars all round Dave. No wonder you're the Front Man! You're Awesome!

*Dan - Jeez...Legend! Ensured the level of installation WAY beyond the standard of excellence expected. He inspired my trust with his gentle honesty and advice regarding further replacement work on a VERY old home. My 'safety' was his upmost concern. You'll want Dan on your next 'Sparky' job! He doesn't 'meet' the standard, he SETS the standard. Thanks, Dan, you give the next generation something to aspire to... You Exceed Excellence!

*Callum - what a work ethic! His efficiency and attention to detail was outstanding! He seemed to instinctively intuit what was required, almost without words. He flowed seamlessly with the team; yet I observed him working autonomously, with the same level of confidence. He was so polite and friendly. Smooth operator!

And last but not least, the brilliant *Simon in finance, who's compassion is second to none. Settling an invoice of this size was something I had not 'saved' for! Simon worked with me to find an acceptable solution, as I had to source funds from a few different areas. I got a bit emotional, but Simon soothed my financial panic! Naw... thanks for understanding!

***Over-all***, this team has created one loyal customer! They all treated me as one would treat their own mother/ grandmother. I can't speak highly enough of them. These days, trust is hard won... but Fallon has certainly gained mine. They all deserve a raise! All of them. Thank you again!
