Fancy Nails

I wish I could upload pictures of my nails with this review. They are different lengths, uneven, I have paint on my skin and they cut into my cuticles multiple times.

Honestly love them. Love the lack of small talk and the girls are very nice. Can be a little rough but do a great job for a great price. Never disappointed.

Great job on gel nails. I go back and get infills regularily. Don't expect good service though. They won't speak to you, only each other throughout your visit. I personally don't like making small talk so this suits me just fine. If this doesn't bother you I'd recommend!

I've had shellac done on my own nails several times here: the price is very good (I paid $38 each time) and the shellac lasts for about a month, and there is a good range of colours. Don't ever expect great customer service from places like this: they're pretty much sweat shops, they'll get you in and out and won't make much conversation with you (which I actually like, I can't stand making small talk). The technicians aren't as fast as some others, so allow an hour or so, especially if you're having old shellac taken off. They are a lot more gentle taking off shellac - they don't just leave your hands in alcohol for 10 minutes like some other nail salons do, so it's worth spending the extra time. Nice work, nice price, beats doing it yourself!

Nail quality and value was good. Customer service appalling, nail technician held a conversation with fellow worker during the whole service. And they would not honour one of their own gift vouchers as partial payment as it was seven months old - even though the voucher did not have an expiry date!!!
