This business is amazing! The staff are so friendly, the location is great, the value is unbelievable and results are out of this world! I highly recommend anyone go hear!!
I bought 2 IPL vouchers for permanent hair removal which should have given me $1100 of total value. i went twice and was told that my vouchers were used up when they have signs all around the place saying that 5x IPL sessions for a large area costs $259..... by my calculation i should have been able to go at least 8 times. complete rip offs and i will tell every one i know not to go there

OMG, I have just realised that this place was called "insight", I bought a voucher which was not honored because after taking people's money they closed down. I had to do a charge back on my credit card. The voucher was sold by Groupon and this place is inside genesis? I am so tempted to report this place and groupon to ACCC or fair trading etc.
Yes, I bought it from Groupon as well. Complete rip off. I work in a very large company, with 1000+ employees, so I have posted this on the internal community site on our intranet.
