I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are a dealer and not a good one. You are better off going directly to the parent company. It has been 4 weeks now and many many emails. I have still not received the complete order. I am still waiting for the correct swing. Despite all the emails I have not even received an apology. Abysmal customer service.

The product was installed and delivered by Fantastic Playgrounds and we were so happy to receive $200 worth of free accessories as we had a tight budget and wanted these included.
