I have two boys with severe disability and they loved every minute of the interaction with the animals. I highly recommend this day out. Bring a picnic basket (not for Yogi) or eat there. I prefer the picnic basket. A great time

Great for the family, friends and kids. I've loved every experience there and can't resist taking the camera on every visit.

I've always enjoyed animal parks and Featherdale is close and not super jammed with tourists, so it's quite pleasant during the school weeks. On holidays, more cramped but you gotta expect that. The animals are good and take a camera. Food is expensive but it's there, and you're helping look after that animals.

Approximate cost: $35

A great place to take kids to. I always use the buy one get one free offer which is found behind Coles and Target shopping dockets and is also available online. We also use it as a outing place for our playgroup. The kids never get bored of coming here.

We had a great day out with the kids, we used a shopping docket coupon, so excellent value. The kids can touch the animals as they roam around you. We have video of our 2 year old son laughing in hysterics at a kangaroo munching on the ice cream cone the feed comes in. Then behind us we watched a koala casually escape its enclosure and go for a walk along the enclosure fence. Then we had a goat getting all too friendly with the Mrs, very funny. Definitely a place to take your young kids, I'm not sure the older kids would enjoy it as much. The reptile area could be improved.

Went here not long ago with my boyfriend. If you look on the net you can find cheap coupons like we did, buy one admission get one free. Nice day out, not too big a park.

I have been visiting this park since I was very young and every time I go (even now as an adult) I have an enjoyable experience. Absolutely delightful to have an animal park so close to home.

Very nice tourist place. It's a small place, not as much animal as taronga zoo of course but it's big enough for a day trip. You can touch animals around here. It's quite cheap, overall a good hang out place for family.

pretty good if you won't be able to go to the city where taronga zoo is. They are many animals to see like the kangaroo and koala. It is very good for people who come from overseas
