The gym itself is rather poor and untidy for the price they charge. The equipment is old and the broken machines are hardly replaced. Staff are constantly being changed so you will not find consistency here. Due to regular changes, you will notice misinformation being told, staff are unable to assist you and issues are left unresolved.
However the PTs and Class Instructors are great and helpful. The fitness classes are fun and motivating. The gym atmosphere is inviting and good for all ages and fitness levels. There are some extra perks such as free breakfast and access to GHF. Would advice for you to trial the gym, read the fine print on the sign up sheet and keep account of payments and membership contract. Would be decent if the gym had useful equipment and more space.

I have recently moved here and shopped around all local gyms in the city. Feelgood had what I needed Les Mills classes, 24/7, showers and and now I won't have to carry my GHd hair straightener. One happy me.

Great gym, perfect location and really friendly staff.
I love going to the classes and having them actually know me, unlike other gyms I've been to in the past

The only gym i have managed to stick to. So much extra support and very kind helpful staff. Highly recommend!

I was so impressed with the staff. I registered for a trial on line and was so nervous to go to a gym. The girl at reception was so encouraging. She gave me a great discount on trading my trial and i have been attending 3 times a week. Can't believe i have finally done it. The classes a my favorite thing to do and the instructors are welcoming and helpful. Best place, very friendly

Not recommending this business at all. Wished to get an idea of cost of 10 week challenge - just ballpark - to compare with other options. Just refused. It's a package, people, so you must have some idea of what it would cost. And having to cone in to discuss detail with you when I'm in research phase is water of both our times! Lost me!

I would not recommend giving them your money. I did abide by all terms on my contract, registered my cancelation 4 weeks prior end of term and even left a comment on their page about being mindful of my contract ending and about having to stop charging me (they deleted that post). They threw the letter, claimed they never got it (even though it was a registered letter) then tried intimidating me rudely on the phone. [redacted inflammatory comments]

I had a free 7 day trial with this gym, as I had never been before. Even before I started the trial, the girl at the desk was trying to get me to forfeit the trial in favour of a cheaper membership (contract, of course). I didn't appreciate this, and straight away felt pressured.
I started my trial week and did a few group classes. The classes were good, but nowhere near the standard of Genesis or UniGym. Also, there were only between 1 and 3 other participants in each class, so I can see why they are desparate for members. The price per week is the same as
Genesis (around $20!!!).
The decor and music at this gym seem to be from the early nineties, and the gym needs a good clean (really filthy windows).
I definitely did not want to join ater this trial, so left without saying anything.
Since then, the gym has been calling my mobile at least twice a day and not leaving a message. It's been nearly two weeks . . .

I agree the sales girl can be a bit pushy. Your experience sounds exactly the same as my 7 day trial.
Lunchtime and weekend classes have a lot more participants, and are often so packed there's barely room to move.
