Always have a fabulous experience here. Have tested Anne Marie with every hair colour under the sun for 25 years and she always does a fantastic job. Lovely welcome atmosphere in the salon. All of the hairdressers are super talented and you are in great hands no matter who you choose. They are up to date with current trends as well. You will not be disappointed!

Best salon I've been too! Amazing at what they do! I've now had everyone do my hair and and can't below hoe brilliant they are! My hair condition is also in great knick now even with bleach! You can't go past Fenix and I've recommended many friends already.

Fabulous place! Anne-Marie is a colour guru. My hair has never looked better. No more brassy blonde and beautifully cut. Would recommend to anyone.

I cannot recommend Fenix Salon highly enough. I have been attending this salon for years and all the staff are so friendly and professional and give great advice. They are always up with the latest trends and styles .I consider all the ladies not only my hairdresser but also my friends. I feel like a million dollars every time I leave the salon.

Really great experience. The ladies were very friendly, professional and did an amazing job with my keratin treatment. The salon itself was a really fun place to be, so much laughter and chat between clients and staff alike. Highly recommend.

I can highly recommend Anne-Marie and her team at Fenix. I've only recently discovered this gem and I can honestly say that my hair hasn't look so good in years! The salon is lovely and clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming and Anne-Marie is a star.

Fenix is such a great salon. Anne-Marie and her team are all warm, welcoming and highly professional. They always take the time to really listen and have a wealth of experience between them. Warm and friendly place, very personal service make you feel special. Michelle washed my hair and Chole restyled and cut my hair. Creative hair cut and very stylish. Exceeding my expectations. It was worth every penny.

I have been going to this Hair Salon since 2003 (followed them around Melbourne!) as I can not find anyone that cuts and colours my hair as perfectly as them. Chloe, Ann Marie and Michelle are all amazing. More recently Chloe has cut and coloured my hair and I have received copious compliments from friends and colleagues. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Super fun & friendly environment. They know what they’re talking about and Chloe is very entertaining. Happy to fit you in & would recommend the keratin treatment to control crazy curls!

Just moved to this area and my d.i.l suggested this salon and Chloe to do a new hair style for me. I have been using the same hairdresser for many years so I was a little nervous. I had in my mind what I wanted done but after talking to Chloe and discussing the style I wanted and my lifestyle. I received wonderful advice and came out with a style nothing like I expected. I am so happy with the result. The other people in the salon Holly and Michelle were so lovely and friendly. Definitely wil be making this my new salon and Chloe my hairdresser.

Super friendly girls. Got a cut and keritan treatment and my hair is looking and feeling amazing. Also got lots of actual proper advice and help for my hair. Usually I’m just told “use this” “it’s up to you” etc. Chloe (who did my hair) told me a lot of things that I didn’t know and things I was doing wrong. I am super happy I found this salon and will be back !

I don’t recommend this business. I have very fine, thinning hair which I explained at my first appointment. After colour was rinsed off I ended up with a bird’s nest of hair. The stylist was pulling at my hair and it felt like she was trying to pull out my remaining hair. I ended up with an earful of colour rinse which the stylist tried to laugh off. In consultation with the colourist I did not feel at all that she was taking me seriously. After three visits I have just cancelled my next appointment. I found I was dreading the next appointment. WOMO reviews are all from prior years. I relied on all the five star reviews to choose this salon.

Highly recommended, squeezed me in when I was let down at the eleventh hour by someone else. Did an amazing job, so friendly and very busy salon. Each of 4 hairdressers helped each other and worked in together.

Haven't had my hair done in over a year but of course as soon as I walked in after so long Anne-Marie and Ronnie were as welcoming as the last visit. Such a wonderful atmosphere. Would recommend the salon and service to anyone. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Stumbled across this buzzing hairdressers in a side street. Amazing service and atmosphere. So friendly and welcoming . My daughter had her hair done for her graduation and she couldn't be happier and has informed me we have found our new salon!
