Purchased a used holden in December 2018.at the time of pick up I was promised a second set of keys as a car should have 2 sets of keys.but 5 months on still waiting for my keys to arrive .I have called and emailed Anton Fernando the sales person who sold me the car and promised to deliver the key personally but have not received a reply.
after sale customer service is very disappointing st Ferntree gully toyota.i run s small business and currently have a few hiluxes and want to upgrade a couple but not at this dealer and neither should you.

If you are looking for great deal on a new car you can not go past this dealer.
They will not give you the runaround like other dealers or pressure you in buying a new car or accessiores that you don't want.

got a two year toyota serviced there , went and sat in the waiting room , they didnt know i was sitting there and rang my phone 5 mins later telling me the brakes are worn down and need the pads replacing , only problem is they hadnt even taken the wheels off the car by that stage , must have x ray vision , plus what they quote for a service on their web page never is the amount you end up paying , so after going there a few times im trying somebody else , if you have a toyota ring around the dealers , the prices are all different

We had purchased a LandCruiser there many years ago, when we updated with the new model we went to Yarra Valley Toyota instead because they offered a far better deal. After selling that LandCruiser100 we got into VWs.
Recently when we inquired about the LC200 we went to talk business and they wouldn't budge. The people we spoke to didn't seem to care about selling cars.... Sticking with the VW now.
Also, the showroom stinks of cigarettes and is a bit run down.

Mty experience buying my new toyota Aurion was amazing, I dealt with some of the best sales people i have ever met. I was not pushed into buying the car, i felt very comfortable there, and would recomend this dealership to anyone looking at buying a new or used toyota. i will be returning here when i want to upgrade my current car in the future.
