These ladies are awesome. The staff are friendly and attentive. My personal favourite would have to be Sarah, my instructor who tailored a programme to suit my needs. They have a good range of classes and equipment to use.
An amazing gym with amazing staff. They are so friendly and welcoming using your name every time you visit. Great range of equipment and classes available for a pretty reasonable membership fee.
