I really love this gym because it's women only. They have breakfast in the morning for anyone who comes before 9am. Which is great because I get there at 6am before I start work. They have tv's in all the cardio equipment which makes the time go much quicker. They just go a new circuit which is great to go around and it has instructions on how to use each bit of equipment and which muscles it benefiting. They have a pretty good variety of classes and the staff are always wiling to help if you have any problems.
