Wonderful friendly gym went there for a couple of weeks and thought the asthmosphere was great and that's probably why I gained so much triceps and also biceps and calf muscles.

This is a lady's only gym that absolutely blows me away with the level of service, friendlyness and results. Split over 2 levels, combining weights both free and machine, cardio equipment, group classes, personal training, child minding services and "Simplicity", access to a nutritionist who can monitor your intake. The little luxuries include shower facilities, lockers, cold hand towels during a workout, free daily breakfast, great staff, special promotions, great way to meet new people, look after your fitness, feel GREAT and not have to worry or be conscious of any men seeing your wobbly bits!
