No care shown to members returning after injury; after deferring membership for 7 months due to neck injury and trying to make appointment for new program was just told to do previous one as we can’t see you one on one due to covid. Then when I tried to cancel membership uncovered they were making changes with no notice to length of contract. Referred to terns and conditions that are not relevant - told bt staff member it’s what we decided was fair - pretty sure that’s no covered under the contract. DO NOT sign up

Great place to exercise. Staff so helpful and friendly especially at the front desk. Have been great also when I was unwell postponing my membership. Lovely atmosphere to work out in and also great space to catch up for a coffee with friends after a workout.

I love this gym!! Very friendly and warm staff they make you feel comfortable. Caring and happy environment. Nice and clean, good variety of classes, helpful staff.

Love it! Gorgeous friendly staff, everyone is so helpful & encouraging, there are great facilities & heaps of fun classes to chose from! They also have a creche YAY! It makes finding "me" time so much easier

I love Fernwood, Chirnside Park. I have been to a lot of gyms in my time and mostly they couldn't care less about you, as long as you pay. Belonging to Fernwood has been an entirely different experience. I have been a member for about 15 months. I was new to the area and didn't know anyone. I joined the gym and became part of a new family. I now have many friends in this area and I belong to a gym where the staff really care. There is ALWAYS a friendly smile as you enter, the equipment is great and there is plenty of it. The classes are fantastic. I love yoga and there are FIVE different classes each week to choose from. There is good coffee, breakfast every morning and real friendship. If you haven't been for a little while, there's a lovely little sms to just check in and remind you to come along. I love everything about Fernwood Chirnside Park and I can HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking to get fit and have fun with lovely like-minded people.

Don't think all Fernwoods are the same. I've been a member of two Fernwood Gyms and Chirnside Park is so much better. Facilities look the same but the individual attention I have been given when I recently joined is second to none. My sister in-law joined the same week that I did at another Fernwood and we have been comparing the service. I'm winning hands down! Beauty therapy on-site and remedial massage is so handy. The group fitness timetable provides plenty of opportunities to participate, not just a few classes here and there.

I moved to woori yallock so chirnside was more convenient very friendly people, no pressure with men around as its an all woman's gym. Expensive though but worth it if you happen to be a gym junkie.

I just moved to another suburb and was sad to move to another Fernwood. The new centre is good, but the ladies at Chirnside Park were great. Fernwood is so different to the usual gyms, I actually came to the gym... and stayed for 4 years and counting. In other gyms in the past I have not felt as comfortable.

I was a member at Fernwood Chirnside Park a couple of years ago and I my experiences were positive. There's a good selection of equipment and the staff are very friendly. I like the fact that it's a women only gym. Having the TV's set up made exercise a little easier...it served as an effective distraction.
