Terrible after sale customer service.Purchased policarbonate sheets for new pergola from Noarlunga Fielders. After 2 months plastic is crumbling, has cracks and holes. They want me to deal with plastic company and washing their hands off. I did not buy it from their manufacturer , I brought it from Fielders.
Will never buy it from this place.

I'm currently getting some fencing quotes and have been impressed with the service here. I try to support local businesses too so Fielders ticks all the boxes.

We used Fielders because the company is the sole SA agent for a fencing product we needed. Their service was outstanding, whether quoting a delivery date or investigating costs for a quote, nothing was too much trouble. They met every deadline they quoted and, when there was a fault with a product, there were no problems with returning it and arranging a replacement. If you can shop at this Fielders store, don't hesitate to do so!
