Good little gym, never seems to get really busy so you can always have a good workout. They're open 24/7 once you join so you can workout whenever you want. Clean and tidy, friendly service very cheap rates.

very reasonably priced membership. great if you want an individual workout. unless the gym has changed, it doesn't offer classes like larger adelaide gyms. good little gym and nice staff.
