I have owned several TENS machines over the last 15 years following a serious back injury and this is the best I have found. TENS Machines Australia (also trading as First Aid Kits Australia) are wonderful to deal with. I always prefer to deal with a local company if possible as this provides jobs locally and makes follow up much easier. The service was very prompt, so important when one is in acute pain. The machine is great value, excellent quality and the inclusion of so many pads makes it really versatile. This unit makes it possible for me to continue working and manage my pain using less medication.

My husband had been in a lot of neck, back and elbow pain after a workplace injury for 3 years and on lots of strong pain medication. He didn't have to do much at home (like mowing the lawn) to then be in so much pain that night and the days following. We went on a family holiday with our 3 young children to get away and he was in the worst pain I'd ever seen him in. We looked up a few things on line and found tens machines. We then stumbled across the First Aid Kits Australia website and the Tens multi machine that exercises muscles as well as works on soreness is the one we ordered. We had it sent to our holiday apartment so he could try it as soon as possible. It came the next day.
