I don't recommend this business the bloke who runs it doesn't have a clue what he's talking about people go to sea view aquarium centre their knowledge is 100%

I’m extremely unimpressed by the high prices and attitude of the owner.
A nice place for a wander but they lack competition and I don’t think they are worth the cost.

Well by reading all these nasty comments seriously I don't know what the heck is wrong with all you, the people and lady owner was so lovely and very knowledgeable with her information and couldn't of helped me more, the shop was very neatly organized with loads to choose from with all different stuff, from pond owners

Fish haven is the best and cleanest shop I've been into not like those other ones always friendly and good information when you need it you people need to grow up the staff there are always working hard and they have everythink you need keep up the awesome work you guys

Well you know what I think the 3 staff that help run this massive shop do amazing job.
# tanks always full
#clean glass and tanks.
#largest variety of stock.
#always happy to offer advice over phone or have come in.
# reptiles are always being cleanned out and fresh water put in.

Think you can do better how about you work in one for a day You probs won't last a week.

I went there to get a mouse bottle and fortunate enough they sold big 1 litre ones. Unfortunately the first one I bought didn’t work so I went back and bought a new one didn’t worry about the old one and turns out the new one doesn’t work so I went back today and they said nothing we can do about it. They should do something because the item is faulty. Also it was a tight space and the workers wouldn’t move from cleaning so I could get through.

There are many reasons not to shop at Fish Haven. Firstly they are overpriced. Secondly the customer service is appalling. Thirdly the shop is dirty, everything is covered in a thick layer of dust, I doubt anything has been cleaned in years. Finally and most importantly the animals are not very well looked after. Snakes showing obvious signs of mites. Overcrowded bearded dragons resulting in many missing tails and toes. I stood next to a rat "cage" if you could call it that, it was actually just a tub with about 30 rats crammed inside it, it stank like urine and all the rats were sneezing because the ammonia burns the respiratory tract and causes infection. There are many other pet stores around Adelaide with better prices, products and services. I recommend Seaview Aquariums or Gully Reptile Centa.

I have seen these amazing people be ever so patient with some customers that would have made me lose my mind!!
