Sara is a super personal trainer and a fantastic motivator - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her service to anyone. She has my sincere thanks for helping me get stronger and significantly improve my injured left shoulder. I couldn't have done that without her expert guidance! I also appreciate her positive and caring personality. I certainly gained a lot of insight from her years of experience in the industry and I will always be able to refer back to that whenever necessary. I particularly liked that she made my training sessions challenging but fun. If you are looking for a dedicated personal trainer on the Coast then do yourself a favour and contact Sara. You won't be disappointed!!

Having done a lot of formal and informal training, and been a gym instructor many years ago, I have an over inflated opinion of my capabilities...it must be a blokey thing. Sara has taken a very structured approach to building an exercise program for me. Starting with a significant amount of questions to clearly understand my current capabilities and fitness level, Sara has worked with me over a period of 5 months to help me achieve results that I simply would not have been able to achieve by myself. Sara is very patient and understanding of my stupidly busy schedule and often reorganises her own schedule to meet mine. I highly recommend Sara to anyone that is thinking of taking on the services of a Personal Trainer.

I am not a very sporty person but I was motivated to improve my fitness levels as I fast approached a milestone birthday. I did not want to join a gym alone as I knew I would not get the guidance and encouragement I felt I needed to achieve my goals. I have been working with Sara for a while now and I am very satisfied with the results that her personalized program has achieved for me in strength, fitness and weight loss. I would highly recommend Sara to anyone. She is very professional and knowledgeable and can work with athletes as well as people just like me.

I have been over weight for many years and did not want to join a gym. I have been with fit for everyone for just over 3 months and have lost 10 kgs. I now enjoy exercise, have more energy and all in all am enjoying my exercise. thank you fit for everyone

I would recommend Sara (Fit for Everyone) to anyone wanting personal attention and a fun work out. Every session was varied and I loved the boxing classes. Sara is very accomodating in planning around where and when we had our workouts. Donna Tumbi Umbi
