Great classes at Fit Life. Very friendly and they have two locations so I can always make a class at a time that suits me. I recommend the Yoga Stretch classes and the cycle classes.

Trainers are friendly and know each regular by name and encourage members to do their best and work on their fitness levels. Classes available have a great variety and are a fun way of getting fit.

Very friendly, affordable and flexible. Great classes included in the membership and it has a great pool !
