Whilst this gym ticks the boxes in terms of equipment available, it also misses a few things I took for granted. No water fountain to fill your water bottle, the gym says this is for health reason. If you are like me and drink more than one bottle during a work out, it leaves your only other option to buy a bottle of water. I did not find the staff particularly helpful and agree with a previous poster that they do an awful lot of sitting behind the desk.

A modern, impressive gym with loads of high quality equipment all within a large and clean environment.

Fit 'n' Fast Forest Hill is well located in the Forest Hill Chase shopping centre on the top level where there are always plenty of free car parks.

My only real criticism of the gym is that the staff seem happy to sit behind the front desk and gossip. I rarely see them on the floor, actively helping patrons.

The gym offers good value for the range and quality of equipment it has. The cost below is my fortnightly payment. In addition to this is a quarterly maintenance fee of $10.
