The size of this gym is both it's positive & negative in the fact it has everything to work out independently, as a group, with a trainer, in a class, the pool, sauna or steam room. But it's so big that it feels impersonal as you don't have that family feel. I have gone in for a quick 20min lunch-break de-stressor and planned a day of relaxation in the Body Balance class then in the pool and sauna. Best of all was enrolling in the Boot Camp though- tougher than you'd expect BUT within a week you notice a higher level of fitness and confidence in yourself.
