Good Gym and good PT, I highly recommend Francis M as PT. If u want to have a really good session he is the best! I’ve been training with him and I love it !

Good gym, can’t wait to go back after the Coronavirus pandemic has deteriorated

I only go here for the fitness classes so I cant speak for the rest, but theres a good variety and of classes and the schedule is better than other FF gyms in the area. I like that there is a wide range of participants, a mixture of male and female, young and old, different shapes and sizes. Staff at Carlingford are always friendly and the childcare centre is a big plus.
I also like the fact that I can go to any fitness first to use their facilities. All the class timetables are online so theres no excuse to not be exercising.

Large gym providing great facilities such as a large swimming pool , sauna room , gym equipment great , to top it off , friendly female receptionist which are glad to help.

I have been member of this gym for almost 6 years. Firstly, the gym does not seem to look after continuing members and rewarding them. From equipment point view, things that go missing are hardly replaced. It takes too long to attend to non-functioning equipments. Training areas are hazards to gym users: weights are all over the bed floor obstructing movements.
Personal trainers seem to take a big space for their training sessions allowing a little room for other gym members to use.
The Sauna has no hose to rinse your space. Showers are always filthy and unhygienic and their water flow is mediocre.
Someone here mentioned the pool: What pool? the use of the pool is utterly inconvenient. the lanes are mostly closed/ crowded because of its private use.

love the pool. lots of programs. just gets tricky with the parking sometimes. the staff are professional and helpful. kept me corrected.

I love the swimming pool and steam sauna room. And there's a lot of programs like Yoga,Pilates,Aquarobic,Cycle Etc. And Cheaper option available for conditional entry like Daytime only entry somthing.

nice, helpful and friendly staff. this gym is very big and nicely spaced and displayed. it provides a good environment plus atmosphere to workout. it has a huge swimming pool plus steam room. the place is always neat and tidy.

This Fitness First is spacious with swimming pool. The environment is clean and tidy. The receptionist girls are polite with big smile. The change room (I use ladies) is huge and clean as well.
